1,500 students from 11 faculties of Ho Chi Minh City Open University participated in the Enjoying Culture Program, coordinated by the Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Open University Student Association. popular week "Enjoying culture in students". The Enjoying Culture is an approach that is not new but not widespread in students. This is an aspect that helps students understand the value of art - spiritual dishes for students and a new approach to social problems. This is also the purpose of the Cultural Enjoy Program that helps students have experiences and understand correctly The Enjoying Culture, thereby contributing to raising awareness about the enjoying culture among students. This is an activity in the series of activities for Youth Month 2020, which is oriented towards a culture of behavior and a culture of appreciation for students.
Spend 3 weeks with 3 interesting topics: “Culture attending seminars and using teabreaks”, “Culture of enjoying various types of theater and movies”, “Culture of visiting museums, galleries and ecological zones”. Students take their exams through the link to the minigame on the web site myaloha.vn, students have to complete 10 questions with levels ranging from identification to advanced situations or through videos, short films or news and propaganda of the topic in 30 minutes. Accordingly, the organizers awarded the Prize Weekly rewards for students with the fastest and highest score. Information about winners and the list of students participating in each week will be published at the Ao Xanh OU Fanpage.
The first week attracted 543 interested students and Vo Thu Thao from the Department of Foreign Languages excelled in completing the 10/10 challenges in the shortest time and receiving awards from the program.
The second week reached 580 students who accepted to participate. In the end of the second week, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Tham, Faculty of Finance and Banking was the winner.
The last week ended successfully with the participation of 513 participants and Phan Thi My Hao from Faculty of Sociology - Social Work - Southeast Asia was honored to receive the week award.
