Following the success of the 1st International Conference on Educational Technology and Online Education, Ho Chi Minh City Open University is pleased to organize the 2nd International Conference on Educational Technology and Online Education 2026 (ICETOE 2026) with the theme: “Educational Technology and Online Learning: Trends Driving the Next Wave of Digital Education.”

CALL FOR PAPERS

ICETOE 2026 aims to explore emerging trends and foster academic discussions on the design, governance, ethics, scalability, and sustainability of online and blended education. The conference warmly welcomes theoretical, empirical, methodological innovations, and practical contributions that shape the future of educational technology.

SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

Authors are invited to submit an abstract for review. Accepted abstracts will be invited for presentation at the conference and submission of full papers.

Full papers may have the opportunity to be published in:

  • Special Issue of the Journal of Science – Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOUJS):
    A double-blind peer-reviewed journal indexed in ACI, DOAJ, and recognized by the State Professorship Council (score: 0–1.0).
  • Conference Proceedings:
    Papers not selected for the special issue may be revised for consideration in the conference proceedings. Detailed information will be available on the conference website.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstract submission: Submit via Google Form: https://forms.gle/RRC9TqmsVakkgYSV7
  • Abstract requirements:
    • Title: Times New Roman, 16pt, bold, centered; sentence case (capitalize only the first letter and proper nouns); maximum 12 words (excluding prepositions and conjunctions).
    • Length: 150–250 words.
    • Keywords: italicized; lowercase (except proper nouns); 4–5 keywords separated by commas, no period at the end.
    • Corresponding author must provide full contact details (title, affiliation, country)
    • Non-compliant abstracts will be returned for revision.
