On August 5, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held a signing ceremony of cooperation with Shizutetsu Company, Japan at Room 704, Campus 35-37 Ho Hao Hon, District 1. This is an important cooperation event, opening up many new job opportunities for learners.
Attending the meeting, there were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha – President of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Dr. Le Thai Thuong Quan – Director of Department of Cooperation and Research Management, with lecturers and learners of Japanese Linguistics major, Ho Chi Minh City Open University. On the side of Shizutetsu Company, there were: Mr. Morishita Toshimi – Managing Director, Mr. Suzuki Hidekazu – Deputy Head of Sales, Head of Product Department, and Mr. Yasumoto Keisuke – Head of Human Resources Department.
At this event, 6 learners of Ho Chi Minh City Open University were awarded a certificate of participation in the internship program in Japan within 6 months. The full cost of this program will be covered by Shizutetsu Company, enabling learners to experience a professional working environment and improve their professional skills.
In addition, learners’ questions regarding insurance, living, corporate culture, learning and improving Japanese in the professional field were answered enthusiastically by representatives of Shizutetsu Company, helping learners better understand the program and well prepare for the upcoming internship.
