On June 18th, 2025, Times Higher Education (THE) – one of the world’s most prestigious education ranking organisations – announced the results of its 2025 Impact Rankings. Ho Chi Minh City Open University is honoured to be one of 16 Vietnamese universities included in this ranking.
THE Impact Rankings is a global ranking system that evaluates universities’ contributions to achieving the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The assessment criteria focus on areas such as quality education, gender equality, climate action, global partnerships, and sustainable development in teaching and research.
Being included in this prestigious ranking demonstrates Ho Chi Minh City Open University’s strong commitment to contributing to sustainable development, while affirming the university’s continuous efforts to improve the quality of education, scientific research, and social responsibility.
