The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced a list of 13 higher education institutions selected as key units to build and develop Centres of Excellence in critical technology fields. Among them, Ho Chi Minh City Open University is honoured to be one of the institutions entrusted with this important task, taking a leading role in the field of Educational Technology.

With over 35 years of establishment and development, Ho Chi Minh City Open University has consistently pioneered innovation, particularly in its open education model, distance learning, online learning, and flexible approaches, contributing to enhancing education quality and expanding learning opportunities for all.
