On the morning of March 2nd, 2025, at Hall 602, 97 Vo Van Tan Campus, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held a graduation ceremony for the E-learning bachelor’s program. The ceremony honoured 450 new graduates from the following majors: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing, English Language, Law, Economic Law, Finance – Banking, Accounting, and Auditing.
The event was honoured by the presence of Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang – Vice President of the University; the Board of Directors of the Centre for E-learning program; leaders of various university departments; and, most importantly, the new graduates and their families.
In his speech at the ceremony, Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang, Vice President of the University, acknowledged the efforts of all the new graduates of the online distance learning program throughout their studies at the university. He highlighted that most of these graduates were already working while managing to balance their time to complete their academic journey.
“The achievements you have reached today are a testament to your perseverance, continuous spirit of learning, and the deep bond and affection between the lecturers and students. The University believes that the knowledge you have gained and accumulated during your studies here will help enrich your expertise and experience, enabling you to conquer new milestones worthy of the values the University has provided and the trust your lecturers have placed in you,” shared by Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang.
New graduate Ho Thuy Nhu, from the English Linguistics program, was honoured to share: “The early days of studying were challenging as we had to adapt to the online learning method, which was full of new experiences. However, thanks to the encouragement from our lecturers, support from our families, and companionship from friends during group study sessions, we gradually overcame these challenges to be here at today’s graduation ceremony. Our journey at the university has come to an end and opened a promising new chapter in our careers. We promise to continue learning, flexibly applying the knowledge we have accumulated to develop ourselves and contribute to the overall development of society.”
