On the morning of April 12th, 2025, at Room 312, 97 Vo Van Tan Campus, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held its first Doctoral Program Admissions Consultation and Introduction for 2025. The event attracted significant interest from numerous candidates eager to advance their education and deepen their professional expertise.
The program was attended by leaders from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, chairs of the professional councils for Business Administration, English Language Teaching Methodology, Civil Engineering, Banking and Finance, Economic Law, Biotechnology, and Information Technology, along with interested candidates.
Currently, Ho Chi Minh City Open University offers 8 doctoral programs: Business Administration, Economics, Banking and Finance, Economic Law, English Language Teaching Methodology, Civil Engineering, Biotechnology, and Computer Science. These fields are highly practical and align with current development trends and the demand for high-quality human resources in the new era.
During the program, candidates received detailed information on admission methods, eligibility requirements, study pathways, tuition fees, and scholarships. Additionally, insightful sharing from experienced lecturers and researchers in the fields of teaching and research helped ignite academic passion and boost motivation and confidence for candidates on their journey of learning and exploring knowledge at a higher level.
