On the morning of May 12, 2025, at the Traditional Room, Vo Van Tan Campus, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, a Signing Ceremony of a cooperation agreement with Siam University, Thailand. The program marks a significant step forward in both universities’ internationalization strategies, promising numerous learning and development opportunities for Vietnamese and Thai students.
Attending the signing ceremony from Ho Chi Minh City Open University was Dr. Senior Lecturer Le Xuan Truong – Vice President. From Siam University, Thailand, attendees included Dr. Pornchai Mongkonvanit – President, along with faculty leaders, lecturers, and staff from both institutions.
In a warm atmosphere, Dr. Senior Lecturer Le Xuan Truong – Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, warmly welcomed the delegation from Siam University. He emphasized the importance of international cooperation in the current context of globalization, expressing hope that the collaborative relationship between the two universities would grow stronger and develop long-term. He also hoped the meeting would be a valuable opportunity for both sides to gain a deeper understanding of each other’s potential and strengths, thereby jointly building effective cooperation programs on the path of international education.
