Since its founding, Ho Chi Minh City Open University has always promoted the tradition of many years in the establishment and sustainable and effective development of cooperative relations with prestigious domestic and foreign organizations in order to improve the training quality as well as education services. - Work with Jyonan International Academy, Japan
