Exchanging receipt for students submitting tuition fee via bank.
Composing, proposing and executing financial plan in short-term and long-term
Composing annual budgeting plan for the university; supervising and reminding departments to compose and submit annual budgeting plan to efficiently amend.
Consulting in making policies, procedure, and financing structure.
Composing financial regulations for the university.
Checking the expense of the university monthly, quarterly to adhere to the annual financial plan.
Cooperating with office of administration and other relating departments in procurement of properties, equipment, etc.
Composing financial report for managing purposes of the university.
Frequently updating government financial regulations, checking financial activities of departments according to the rector’s orders.
