Coordinate with Faculties to develop training programs of branches and majors. To compile dossiers and carry out procedures to apply for opening new disciplines and high-quality tertiary-level programs according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

To be a standing member of the University Admissions Council and to carry out university enrollment in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Managing the full-course training program for the regular university training levels in the school.

Develop study plans, arrange study timetables and arrange exam schedules for regular university programs.

Coordinate with the Faculties, Testing Center and related units to inspect and evaluate the implementation of lectures and teaching quality of lecturers. Check guest lecturer records according to regulations.

Coordinating with Faculties, Testing Center to establish Graduation Examination Council for regular university program. Manage and implement procedures for graduation diplomas and training certificates for formal training systems.

Organize and manage system of data and records of students; Perform diploma examination; extract, copy and issue copies in accordance with the school's regulations and the law. Issuing all kinds of certificates related to the learning process, transcripts, students' cards, ... of the regular university students of the school.

Coordinate with Faculties in examining subject exemption and reduction, considering changing training disciplines, studying dual disciplines and changing schools; consider suspending or withdrawing from school according to regulations of the school and the Ministry of Education and Training.

Implement academic warnings for students at the end of the course period, student learning results, etc.

Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department and related units to verify the quality of training in accordance with the regulations of the school and the Ministry of Education and Training.

Coordinate with related units to develop and organize training of joint programs at home and abroad for regular university program.

Conducting surveys and making reports: Reasons for choosing schools, students' teaching activities, student satisfaction with departments, the rate of students having jobs after graduation, etc.
