- Creating and implementing campaigns, plans of inspection for the academic year.

- Inspecting, checking the completing the organization.

- Inspecting, checking the composing and completing legal documents for activities of the university, checking the implementing educational policies and regulations in the university.

- Inspecting, supervising the performing objectives, plans, programs, educational methods, educational regulations, working regulations and other conditions to assure testing, issuing certificates, implementing regulations about curriculums, lectures, financial and properties managing, science and technology and other necessary conditions to maintain quality of education and training.

- Supporting the rector in meeting with citizen, solving complaints, denouncing according to the law.
