- Advising the university’s Board of rectors in research management strategic planning and implementaiton.

- Being responsible for the university’s system and processes regarding research management and improved compliance and regulatory activities.

- Composing science research plan for the university. Coordinating with offices, departments and faculties of the university to facilitate science research activities.

- Following science research activities of the university’s offices, departments and faculties.

- Advising the university’s Board of rectors in international cooperation strategic planning and implementation.

- Facilitating international cooperation program development between international partners and faculties, departments and offices of the university.

- Promoting and formulating international cooperation plans and managing and monitoring the implementation of international cooperation programs and activities.

- Developing and undertaking joint training programs under the direction of the university’s board of rectors.
