On 12/1/2017 at 97 Vo Van Tan campus of Ho Chi Minh city Open university, the university held the academic conference “Comparative analysis of creation of innovation systems in Russia, Europe and the USA, and International protection of social rights”. There were representatives from SIEFLT together with board of director of the university, officials of Department of Cooperation and research management, heads, professors of faculties and students coming from Law Club.

During the conference, representative from SIEFLT – Dr Vladislav R.Kovalev presented about building alternative ecosystemsfor the development and change of the society. Because the stability of each nation is only the top of the iceberg, realistically, there are ongoing changes from the inside. Every society and every culture, regardless of how conservative and traditional it is, 

it always changes. By sharing realistic and specific examples, the speakers helped students to understand more about the development of countries such as Russia, European countries and the United States. Besides, students participating at the conference also raised their thoughts about social rights and had interesting questions about this topic. From the questioning and answering activities, the students had fuller knowledge about international policies for ensuring social rights.

At the end of the conference, Dr Le Thi Thanh Thu, chairwoman of the university council had a present for representatives fromSIEFLT as the token for the cooperation of two universities.
