On January 17, 2025, in Room 704, 35-37 Ho Hao Hon Street, Co Giang Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Open University was honored to welcome a working delegation from the Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee, who came to visit and extend their New Year greetings.

Attending the meeting were: On behalf of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha - the university’s President. On behalf of Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; along with officials from both units.

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha - University's President expressed his joy and extended his sincere thanks to the delegates from the working delegation. Emphasizing the importance of the cooperative relationship between the two units in expanding distance learning opportunities for the people of Binh Thuan Province, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha hoped that in the new year, HCMCOU and Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee would continue to develop a sustainable cooperative relationship to facilitate local learners' access to quality educational programs, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
