On April 22, 2018, at HCMCOU, HCMCOU coordinated with Southern Start-up Support and Advisory Council – Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to organize the seminar “Startup Trends and Entrepreneur Semester”. This program was held to share startup experience, new and helpful ideas with students who would like to run their own business.
Within the framework implementation plan with Southern Start-up Support and Advisory Council, HCMCOU organized many start-up activities, including Southern Startup Competition, National Startup Competition. Besides, to support students in writing business proposal, the National Startup Program gave two free startup courses to HCMCOU students.
Nguyen Van Si (sophomore, Faculty of Business Administration) said, “This is a very helpful activity for students. We are so excited and hope that our projects will be successful in the future. The important factor of a business startup is daring to do, daring to fail, and standing up.”
