Vietnam Education Exhibition in Laos was within the framework of the Forum “Vietnam - Laos Training Quality Improvement” organized by Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training in coordination with Ministry of Education and Sports, Laos from May 27 to May 30, 2019 at National University of Laos. This is the second time the exhibition has been organized with the participation of nearly 50 Vietnamese universities. The exhibition is an opportunity for students, fellows, lecturers, researchers, international education and training managers of Laos to contact, exchange information and seek scholarship opportunities.
For guest composition attending the forum, there were the presence of Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Education and Training - Assoc.Prof., PhD. Nguyen Van Phuc, Deputy Minister of Education and Sports, Laos - Mr. Khathaly Siliphongpha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam in Laos - Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung, and 250 delegates representing for 50 Vietnamese higher education institutions and more than 20 education and business management agencies of Laos, with more than 1000 students studying at the National University of Laos, Forest Management University, Universities and Colleges.
Representatives of HCMCOU attending the exhibition include PhD. Le Thi Thanh Thu – Chairman of University Council, Dean of (Faculty of Graduate Studies, PhD. Van Thi Hong Loan, in charge of the Special Education Department along with the teachers in charge of enrollment of the university’s training programs. In the scope of the program, the University has introduced the University’s training programs from Full time program, High Quality program to Flinders, Rouen International Linking program, and graduate training programs at the university such as TESOL, MBA program, etc. Nearly 30 years of development, the University increasingly affirms the quality of training through academic programs with firm theoretical background and providing knowledge with high applicability with flexible and diverse forms of learning.
