On November 11^th 2019, at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, campus 35-37 Ho Hao Hon, Dist.1, the signing ceremony of cooperation in Joint training program for higher education (2 + 1) and Master of Business Administration between Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Flinders University, Australia was organized.

Joining in the ceremony, on the side of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, there was the presence of Vice Prof. Nguyen Minh Ha (The Principal of Ho Chi Minh City Open University); PhD. Van Thi Hong Loan (Head of School of Advanced Study); MA. Bui Do Cong Thanh (Lecturer of School of Advanced Study); From Flinders University's representatives, there are: Mr. Sebastian Raneskold (Vice Principal of International Cooperation), Mr. Matt Schults (Director of International Recruitment), Ms. Huyen Tran (Chief Representative in Vietnam) and the participation of all the students of this 2^nd study abroad program.

In 2017, Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Flinders University, Australia signed a cooperation on joint training (1.5 + 2) undergraduate programs Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Commerce trade. This year, Ho Chi Minh City Open University continues to cooperate with Flinders University to set up more programs for Bachelor of Languages ​​and Master of Business Administration, creating more useful chance for learners. This is the undergraduate training program, which allow students to transfer credits from Ho Chi Minh City Open University Minh and Flinders University. In the 1^st term, learners will study at HCMCOU within 8 months and the 2^nd term is at Flinders University. students can choose one of the following 3 majors: Master of Business, Master of Business (Finance), Master of Business (International Business).
