On December 4^th, 2019, at the Conference Hall 602, Vo Van Tan cam, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, organized the program of Distance Training Association Units in order to assess the situation of organization of joint activities, draw lessons learned about the achieved results, recognize the limitations so that build solutions and activities suitable to the situation reality and meet the aspirations of the majority of students.

There were Assoc.Prof Nguyen Minh Ha – Rector, PhD. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang - Deputy Director, in charge of Distant Training Center (DTC); Master Nguyen Thi Anh Thao - Vice Director of DTC; Master Hua Van Duc - Deputy Director of DTC; Dr.Nguyen Kim Phuoc - Deputy Director of DTC and participation of the leaders of departments, teachers, and especially the presence of representatives from associates in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Cai - Deputy Director of Gia Dinh Education Training Center said that Gia Dinh Education Training Center has a training link with Ho Chi Minh Open University for 14 years. In the process, the two sides have implemented many coopertive activities, the University has created a lot of conditions for the center to standardize its staff and help students   have job after graduating,… these are encouraging achievements in recent years.

On this occasion, on behalf of Gia Dinh Education and Training Center, Mr. Cai sent to Ho Chi Minh City Open University officials, lecturers and civil servants the deepest sincere thanks for the contributions in over time.

In addition, at the program there were many ideas have been proposed to support the promotion and expansion of distance learning, thereby contributing to the impetus of learning in all classes of people.
