Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) - Business units-public under the Ministry of Education and Training was honourably nominated for “Teaching and Learning Strategy of the Year” in the final voting round of 2020 Times Higher Education (THE) Awards Asia. The award has 10 categories and there will be 8 universities for each one. The winner of this year will be announced in the virtual awards ceremony held in November.
