On 02 December 2020, Ass. Prof. PhD. Nguyen Minh Ha- The president of Ho Chi Minh City Open University and delegation visited and worked with Mrs. Atty Le Thi Phung - The Honorary Consul General, Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines in Ho Chi Minh City.

Along with the delegation, PhD. Nguyen Le Hoang Thuy To Quyen- Deputy head office of cooperation and research management, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – Director of student affairs office, PhD. Ngo Bich Thu – rep of Faculty of sociology, social work, southeast Asian Studies from HCMC Open University; Mr Pham Duc Quynh, Director of Victory International Education attended the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives of HCMC Open University introduced general information about the school, as well as training programs from the Faculty of sociology, social work, southeast Asian Studies, and others to the honorary consul general. Especially, two parties discussed the coordination program to develop high-quality human resources through cooperation in the coming time.
