On November 16, 2020, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) and Oxford Brookes University (OBU), The United Kingdom, agreed to sign cooperation agreement for training Bachelor of Science (Honor) course in Applied Accounting.

The academic and professional training program is delivered according to international standards ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in aims to prepare students knowledge foundation, occupational skills in professional accounting, that helps them to approach job opportunities in fields of accounting, auditing, finance.

The collaborative program is delivered by The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and OBU, and the degree is awarded by OBU.

For this program, HCMCOU is the education provider for teaching at the Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills examinations.
