From 16^th to 18^th of March, 2021, via online platform, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) welcomed The International Education Quality Accreditation Delegation FIBAA for the evaluation of 4 following training programs of Postgraduate Faculty: (1) Economics, (2) Finance-Banking, (3) Business Administration, (4) Theory and Methodology of English Language Teaching.

During 03 working days, the delegation had interviews with leaders of faculties and Academic Director of disciplines. Next, the delegation also had an interview with the instructors to know how to care and organize teaching for students as well as teaching methods. Besides, the delegation also approached to interview current students and alumni to find out learners' satisfaction. Finally, there was an exchange session with leaders and experts in charge of departments and officers in charge of student supports.

At the end of the meeting, on 18^th March, 2021 evening, the Delegation had positive comments on the preparation work of the University, as well as the feedbacks of the parties. The past 3 working days have taken place effectively, HCMCOU has well-prepared documents and specific data provided according to the Delegation’s requirements, proving that HCMCOU has put tremendous efforts in constantly improving the training programs’ quality and human resources in teaching and students’ services, committing to International integration standards.

The evaluation team of the international education quality accreditation FIBAA will continue to complete the documents and publish the accreditation results for the four above-mentioned training programs of the University.
