On January 1, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Paragon International University, Cambodia recently signed an agreement to promote the educational collaboration between the two institutions.

This agreement facilitates extensive education-driven academic engagement of the two institutions through various activities and programs such as: Lecturer/student exchange which is ideal for teaching and research-based activities; Foreign exchange programs for learners; Seminars, Academic meetings, lectures & training programs; and other matters of mutual interest; Together promote academic program that operates at its fullest potential.

This is the foundation for Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Paragon International University to gradually develop, exploit and build a long-term cooperation relationship in order to develop and strengthen the training program system created by both parties.
