According to the list of training programs announced by the Education Quality Management Department, the Ministry of Education and Training (data updated to February 28, 2022), there were 591 programs have completed self-assessment reports; 470 programs were evaluated externally; 308 programs were recognized to meet national standards and 232 programmes were accredited according to the international standards.

Ho Chi Minh City Open University has 04 training programs that are recognized by CEA.UD to meet 90% of the requirements and this certificate will be valid for 5 years, from January 22, 2022, specifically, there were Sociology, Chinese Language, Economic Law, Management Information System.

The list also announced 04 training programs of Ho Chi Minh City Open University meeting FIBBA international standards, including: Master of Economics, Master of Theory and Methodology of English Language Teaching , Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance - Banking, valid until May 27, 2026.

FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) which is widely recognized for its rigor and high requirements for lecturers, program design, practical applicability, service, facilities as well as learners’ quality.
