On the morning of April 17, 2022, Young Pioneer Continuing Education Center with Ho Chi Minh City Open University co-operated the Opening Ceremony of Online Bachelor Programs in English Linguistics, academic year 2022 - 2024 at Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Department. Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Le Minh Khoa, Commander of the Young Pioneer Organization; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha, President of HCMC Open University, Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang, Vice President and Director of Center for Distance Learning; Mr. Phan Sinh, Director of the Young Pioneer Continuing Education Center. The course has 25 newly admitted learners who are officials and employees working inside and outside the Young Pioneer Organization.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Phan Sinh highly appreciated the cooperation between the Young Pioneer Continuing Education Center and Ho Chi Minh City Open University in supporting and improving qualifications for officials and employees; creating favorable conditions to support freshmen from the very beginning so as to achieve great accomplishments.
