In January 2024, the international database system RePEc (Research Papers in Economics) reviewed and officially accepted 06 specialized journals of HCMC Open University Journal of Science into the database, including:

• Journal of Social Sciences (Vietnamese and English).

RePEc is a reputable international data system, the largest online repository in the world, connecting with over 2000 publishers and databases with over 4.6 million papers, documents, software items, including nearly 4.2 million items available online. The participation of these journals in the database aims to enhance the dissemination of research published in the Journal. 

Additionally, the 06 specialized journals of HCMC Open University Journal of Science are also included in the IDEAS database, which is a large database consisting of over 4.6 million research items, including 4.2 million full-text downloads. EconPapers also provides access to RePEc for these 06 specialized journals of HCMC Open U Journal of Science.
