On the afternoon of May 9, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) welcomed a delegation from Thu Dau Mot University to visit and work at room 704, campus 35 - 37 Ho Hao Hon, District 1.

Attending the program: On behalf of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, there were Dr. Do Sa Ky - Party Secretary, Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Dr. Le Xuan Truong - Vice President. On behalf of Thu Dau Mot University, there were Dr. Ngo Hong Diep - Vice President; and leaders of units of the two universities.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Le Xuan Truong expressed his pleasure in welcoming the delegation from Thu Dau Mot University to visit and work. Dr. Le Xuan Truong said that the University has been actively deploying digital transformation models to improve the quality of education, training, and management in recent times. In which, the form of distance learning, online learning, helps learners to study anytime, anywhere, contributing significantly to training high-quality human resources for society. Ho Chi Minh City Open University is always ready to connect, exchange experiences with universities, raise the effectiveness of applying technology in education to meet the lifelong learning needs of learners, and contribute to the sustainable development of the community.
