Prof. Dr. Satyendra Singh, Editor, International Journal of Business and Emerging Markets (IJBEM) met Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha, Vice Rector, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) on 16 November, 2017 during his visit to Ho Chi Minh City for the international conference on Vietnam's Business and Economics Research (VBER 2017) organized by HCMCOU.

The meeting, which was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thuan, Editor, HCMCOU Journal of Science and involved officials, discussed about the improvement of HCMCOU Journal of Science and further mutual collaboration.

IJBEM is an inter-disciplinary peer-reviewed journal, aims to promote articles that are based on the unification of the theoretical–quantitative or the empirical–qualitative approach, and that propose future research directions for scholars and recommend actionable business strategies for managers. It is indexed in Cabell’s directory, Gale Thomson, Google Scholar, IngentaConnect, Ulrich, Australian Business School Dean’s List, etc.
