The signing ceremony of cooperation and enrollment of the online Bachelor Program between Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Ca Mau Community College took place on the morning of January 6, 2016 at the Vo Van Tan Establishment.

On the side of Ca Mau Community College attended by Duong Thu Thuy, PhD. – Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Assoc. Prof. Vu Huu Duc, PhD. – Vice-Rector in charge of University and Leader of Faculty of Accounting - Auditing and Board of Directors of Online Training Center.

Cooperation creates a premise for the two sides to work together to bring open learning opportunities for many students who are living and working in the southernmost region of the country.
