On that basis, Ho Chi Minh City Open University and American Polytechnic College signed a training cooperation agreement at 8:30 AM on March 14, 2019, the signing ceremony was honored to welcome, on the side of American Polytechnic College, there was the attendance of Mr. Duong Tran Minh Doan, MA (Rector), Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hanh (Head of Training Department and Learning Assistant), MA. Prof. Nguyen Minh Ha PhD. (Vice Rector), PhD. Mr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang (Deputy Director of Distance Learning Center), MA.
