The 26^th International Conference on Telecommunications (ICT-2019) organized by Middlesex University, the United Kingdom were taking place in Hanoi from April 08, 2019 to April 10, 2019. ICT-2019 Conference with the participation of reporters from 42 different countries with the acceptance rate of 50%. The proceedings of this Conference will be indexed in the Web of Science (CPCI) and Scopus systems.

Ho Chi Minh City Open University (OU) has two students from the Faculty of Information Technology participating in the “Image Processing” session, including Nguyen Van Tien with the theme: “Kinship Verification based on Local Binary Pattern features coding in different color space” and Ta Minh Nhat Hung with the theme “Feature fusion by using LBP, HOG, GIST descriptors and Canonical Correlation Analysis for face recognition”.
