In the afternoon of 04 August 2019, at the campus of No. 35 - 37 Ho Hao Hon, Japanese Language Division in the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held the "Vietnam - Japan Cultural Exchange" Program for students of the Japanese Linguistic major and students with a passion for Japanese language.

At the Program, students can participate in practical activities to improve reflex and skills communication in Japanese. Other cultural exchange activities such as sharing about specialties, customs and differences between regions of the two countries as well as special performances attracted the students of Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Tohoku Fukushi University (Japan) excitedly participated.

Japanese students of Tohoku Fukushi University shared: "Vietnam is a very diverse country in terms of customs, especially, Ho Chi Minh City is a great tourist destination."
