At 9:00 AM on 13 July 2019 at Hall No. 602, the Graduation Ceremony and awarding the Master's degrees of Vietnam – Belgium Joint Training Program in 2019 to 23 new masters in various fields including: Business administration (12 new masters), marketing and communications management (9 new masters), management of business quality and performance (02 new masters) were solemnly taking place in the jubilant and cozy atmosphere.

The new masters this year are middle and senior managers (directors, general directors, heads, senior experts, etc.) of firms, corporations, enterprises and departments such as Vinamilk, Nike, VPBank, SCB, Cathay Pacific Airway, Sepzone Linh Trung (Vietnam) Co. Ltd, Vietnam Airlines, and others.

Founded in 1995, after more than 24 years of establishment and development, the Vietnam – Belgium joint training program between Ho Chi Minh City Open University and the Free University of Brussels – Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management (ULB-SBSem) has made certain progress and achievements. Initially, from a common discipline of Master of Management, the program has organized further training of specialized majors to provide students with knowledge, problem-solving analytical skills and international integration management skills.

Results achieved today is the professional, enthusiastic, dynamic and responsible working process of the participants. The program has contributed greatly to the provision of high quality human resources for the country, especially for Ho Chi Minh City and its neighboring provinces as well as to develop friendship between nations.
