To implement a comprehensive education development strategy, the indispensable role as prerequisite that is the cohesion of the University with agencies, organizations and enterprises. At the same time, in order to serve the purpose of multi-application oriented training, to help students gain experience from practice, Ho Chi Minh City Open University has established a lot of cooperative relationships between enterprises, with the aim of developing and exploiting the field strengths of the units, as well as creating a training environment and practical experience for students.

On 09 August 2019, at the campus of 97 Vo Van Tan, the University held a signing ceremony to support students between the University and enterprises.

From the enterprises, there was the presence of:

• Representative of Tan Binh Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company: Mr. Truong Hoang Minh - General Director and Mr. La Phi Dung - Deputy Head of Administration – Human Resources Department;
• Representatives of Cholon Tourist Joint Stock Company: Mr. Vo Thanh Dong Phuong - General Director and Mr. Tran Ba Vinh - Chief Accountant;
• Representatives of Phu Hung Securities Corporation: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thai - Head of Travel Sector and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyet - Head of Human Resources Department;
• Representative of Lucky Star Huynh Duc Co., Ltd: Ms. Trinh Bich Thuan - Director;
• Representative of Jobway Training - Human Resource Development and Career Orientation Co., Ltd: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Anh - Director;
• Representative of Success Partner Co., Ltd: Mr. Le Nhat Truong Chinh - Director.

From the Ho Chi Minh City Open University, there was the presence of:

• Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha – President;
• Associate Professor, Dr. Trinh Thuy Anh – Dean of Faculty of Business Administration;
• Professor Pham Ha – Deputy Dean of Faculty of Finance – Banking;
• Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – Head of Office of Student Affairs.

The signing ceremony took place successfully when the University and enterprises had a common commitment in introducing resources as students while providing a practical internship environment. Enterprises want to become partners to cooperate with students in building, training and gaining experience.
