In virtue of giving opportunities to researchers, scientists, managers, successful businessmen for exchanging, sharing scientific knowledge and practicing experience in sustainable business development. Ho Chi Minh City Open University held the Third International Conference on Business (ICB 2019) on the theme "Sustainable Business Development in the Connected Age".

The conference took place on 5 -6 November at the 97 Vo Van Tan campus, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The conference was jointly organized by many universities,  research institutes, prestigious international organizations such as Berlin School of Economics and Law (Germany), Rouen University (France), University Paris 13 (France), Center For Sustainable Tourism Research (France), School of Economics and Managing Solvay Brussels (Belgium), Rome International Research University (Italy), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Global Reporting Initiative, Ho Chi Minh Women Entrepreneurs Association (HAWEE) ), and the Southern National Startup Support Advisory Council. Besides, a conference is attended by famous professors, researchers, managers, and businessmen.

At the conference, the attendees were provided valuable information, presenting the revolutionary research, and connect professional scientific knowledge with practical experience in sustainable business development. The main topic of the conference in two days includes sustainable development, marketing/branding leadership, entrepreneur,  start-up and innovation.
