On the afternoon of November 18, the Opening Ceremony of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program and the Master of Quality Management (MBQPM) which belonged to the Solvay Vietnam Belgian Master's Program was held at 97 Vo Van Tan, School. Ho Chi Minh City Open University.

Attending at the ceremony, on Solvay side, there were Professor Jean-Pierre Baeyens - Academic Director of MMCOM and MBQPM, Dr. Dinh Toan Trung - Solvay Representative in Vietnam; From Ho Chi Minh City Open University, there was the presence of Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Lan - Deputy Head of Postgraduate Education Department and the participation of more than 30 students.

For aiming at the goal of expanding knowledge with diverse and flexible training methods in terms of space and time, suitable for learners with different backgrounds and learning conditions. Ho Chi Minh City Open University always approach and apply new knowledge in the world, towards international integration.
