"Organizational Behavior in Practice 2019" is one of the activities organized annual by the Faculty of Business Administration in collaboration with the Graduate School of Education, Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
Associated with the program is Dr. Truong Thi Lan Anh - the initiator and coordinator of "OB in Practice" over the years and two guests were Ms. Le Thi Kim Anh (Founder & Managing Director, Dynamic Consulting) and Mr. Tran Phuoc Tuan (Operation HR Director, Auchan Retail Vietnam).
This seminar with topic "Experience and Subjective Well-being at Work” is the last of the 3 topics positive organizational behavior (POB) was organized in previous years.
The main content is about creating specific values and cultural cohesion of the enterprise in order to achieve the highest results and efficiency in the business's competitive advantage. How to build POB? Factors that help promote the creation of POB are positive psychological capital (psycap), emotional intelligence (EI),... in which leadership is seen as a ideal model to promote positive organizational behavior functions at work.
The seminar helped to find out 5 solutions:
1. Create a more comfortable working environment
2. Give employees more autonomy
3. Promote a healthy lifestyle
4. Train and educate employees about mental and physical improvement
5. Encourage electronic purification
The seminar hoped to contribute a part of knowledge so the students, others who are studying for a master's degree and moreover, who are working for management postion at the size of small or medium businesses, can apply effectively the knowledge into practice.
