On November 6^th, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Asia Exchange Organization jointly signed a cooperation agreement aimed at introducing international students to exchange and study at the Ho Chi Minh City Open University.

When studying at the University, international students will have two options to sign up for programs, signing up for one semester or one academic year, and after the end of the course, students will be awarded a corresponding result with majors and process points in the curriculum. In particular, this result will be recognized by international schools as part of an official learning program. In addition to supporting students' studying, they are also selected by the Ho Chi Minh City Open University to offer scholarships in the form of tuition waivers.

Student exchange between regional and international universities are being implemented strongly.

Participating into a new environment brings more exchange and experience opportunities, and accessing to Ho Chi Minh City Open University of Vietnam where has profound history and unique culture. On the other hand, this is also an opportunity for the University to strengthen international partnerships, bringing open spaces and learning environment for students.
