The ceremony was held at 97 Vo Van Tan campus, Ho Chi Minh City Open University on February 28, 2020. Accordingly, this first batch of graduates has 20 New Bachelor's Degree in International Trade Career, including 9 Vietnamese students and 11 students from France and other countries.

The ceremony was honored to welcome: Assoc. Prof Nguyen Minh Ha (President of Ho Chi Minh City Open University); Ms. Tran Thi Anh Dao (Representative of Rouen Normandie University); Assoc. Prof Trinh Thuy Anh (Head of Business Administration Department of Ho Chi Minh City Open University) and lecturers of two universities, students and families.

The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, having speech at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof Nguyen Minh Ha expressed his satisfaction and happiness when the first-generation students of the program were equipped with enough luggage to be able to carry out their passions.

The program also combines organizing networking events, sharing with the final year students - leaving the lecture hall to conduct an internship at the enterprise and become new graduates in the future.
