On September 25, 2020, Ho Chi Minh City Open University and University Preparation College (Australia) agreed to sign cooperation agreement for the purposes of furthering cooperation in education and academic fields including exchanging of information and materials, exchanging/studying abroad programs for students, developing and delivery of special short-term academic programs and exploring potential credit transfer programs.
