Ho Chi Minh City Open University offers many scholarships from 25%-100% for international students
There are many grants, scholarships and bursaries available to assist you financially with your studies at Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU).
HCMCOU regularly offers scholarships to qualifying international students, based on academic merit and internationally recognized social, community activities. Who can apply for a scholarship?
All scholarships listed on our website are available to international students. Many are available to students of all nationalities. However, all scholarships’ conditions are set by HCMCOU’s Scholarship Board and applications have to be done directly via Application form at link http://bit.ly/HCMCOU-ISAF.
The scholarship is considered and granted to the learners during their study duration at HCMCOU for undergraduate and postgraduate degree.

- Open Bright Scholarship
- Fellowship Scholarship, only for:
+ Learners at master level in Theory and Methodology of Teaching English major.
+ Learners at master level that use English as mother tongue.
+ Learners of Doctor level.
