On November 4 and 5, Ho Chi Minh City Open University organized the 4th International Conference on Business (ICB 2021). The seminar held online with the theme "Digital Transformation for Smart Business - Smart City in a Post-Pandemic World"
In his opening keynote, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha, President of HCMC Open University, Chairman of the conference remarked, ICB 2021 with the theme " Digital Transformation for Smart Business - Smart City in a Post-Pandemic World " is an opportunity for scholars to share the latest research outcomes, update and connect professional scientific knowledge with business practice in digital transformation.
The conference attracted hundreds of participants online and dozens of presentations presented by scholars, experts, and policymakers around the key issues such as digital transformation for businesses post-pandemic; Re-imaging marketing in the next normal; Optimization in supply chain management: E-Commerce case study; Smart city approach to support start-up ecosystem. In addition, 21 in-depth discussion sessions were held to open discussion among delegates on many topics including digital transformation in Marketing, Human Resources Management; Finance; Tourism; Higher education; Digital Technology and Law. All research papers reported at the Conference will be published in the conference proceedings (with ISBN number), and will be deemed to publish in HCMC Open University Journal of Science and Australasian Marketing Journal (Scopus, ESCI).
The workshop was organized by HCMC Open University in collaboration with prestigious universities, research institutes and international, national organizations such as Berlin School of Economics and Law in Germany, University of Rouen and University of Paris 13 in France, International Association of Sustainable Tourism Management, Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Belgium, and University of International Studies of Rome in Italy and Institute of Smart City and Management - UEH University.
