On the afternoon of December 26, 2021, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) in collaboration with the Academy of Politics Region II held a ceremony to award the bachelor's degree in English program.

Attending the ceremony, on the side of HCMCOU, in the presence of Prof., Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha - President, Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang – Vice President. On the side of the Academy of Politics Region II, Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai – Member of the Party Standing Committee, Deputy Director of the Academy. At the ceremony, there were also the attendance of Assoc. Dr. Pham Minh Tuan - Director of the National Political Publishing House and all learners of the course.

The representative of Board of Presidents from HCMCOU, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha sent the congratulation to all graduates of the course. He told that the course has been completed well thanks to the responsible spirit, endeavor of all graduates in the context of Covid-19. They had to finish, ensure both their works in the working place, and learning in distance method. He hopes that They will apply the acquire knowledge into practice, as well as their works. Also, he hopes that the cooperation between the Academy of Politics Region II and Ho Chi Minh City Open University will continue to stick in training and retraining work.

On behalf of the class, Ms Nguyen Thi Tram expressed her gratitude to the Board of Presidents, lecturers of Ho Chi Minh City Open University for their guidance and dedicated teaching to the class and the Academy of Politics Region II’s administrators create all conditions for the course to successfully complete the learning process as planned.
