As part of the activities of promoting sustainable educational development, improving learning outcomes and enhancing learner employability. Furthermore, to reach the school's application-oriented training objectives of providing students practical experiences as well as affirming and expanding the cooperation relationship with agencies, organizations and businesses. On the morning of March 25, 2022, the Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) organized the cooperation agreement signing ceremony with the People's Court, the Notary Office and Law Firms.

Within the framework of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Du Ngoc Bich - Dean of the Faculty of Law shared: "The Faculty of Law of HCMC Open University consists of two majors, Law and Economic Law, with 1200 students in formal training programs and over 5,000 learners in non-formal programs. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Du Ngoc Bich stated: The Faculty has added 15 credits in the professional practice module for juniors to provide 3 months' practical experience to improve employment opportunities.(compared to the previous years, seniors have 4-6 months of internships).
Upon completing the signing ceremonies, together they exchanged ideas and discussed related issues in order to promote the capabilities and strengths of each party, effectively exploiting the potentials of expertise and professional practice in supporting the training of law human resources to meet the needs of society.
By the end of the ceremony, Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang expressed his joy and sincere beliefs in the development of cooperative relationships between the University and organizations, businesses as well as individuals.
