On the morning of February 14, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Open University signed a cooperation agreement with Wow Education and Publishing Joint Stock Company. The ceremony was held at campus 97 Vo Van Tan, District 3 with the presence of Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang, Vice President; MSc. Lam Thi Anh Quyen, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sociology - Social Work - Southeast Asia; along with lecturers of Faculty of Sociology - Social Work - Southeast Asia, Ho Chi Minh City Open University; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyen – Director of Wow.

Accordingly, the cooperation agreement aims at promoting and developing practical training, specifically: making effective use of the potential of facilities, human resources in training expertise to meet the practical needs of enterprises.
