On June 15, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Campus II of Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City officially signed the MoU on "Coordination in the Field of International Cooperation."

The signing ceremony was successfully held with the participation of the leadership of both universities and administrative staff. The two parties discussed, exchanged opinions, and agreed on important terms in the agreement to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.

The purpose of this agreement is to enhance the quality of education and expand international cooperation while developing the human resources of both parties, as well as enhancing the reputation of Vietnamese higher education in the international arena. The focus is primarily on supporting activities such as:

- Organizing and participating in international conferences.

- Organizing innovative and creative activities for students and lecturers.

- Introducing foreign lecturers and speakers to each other, subject to the management and verification of their professional qualifications by each party.

- Introducing university and research institution partners to each other to facilitate proactive exchanges and collaborations according to the needs or mutual interests of both parties.

- Other activities in the field of international cooperation.

Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Campus II of Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City promise to implement this agreement seriously and achieve significant results in the future. This cooperation will open doors to new opportunities and contribute to building a more open and prosperous future for higher education in Vietnam.
