On August 4, 2023, in Ward 1, District 3, a ceremony to inaugurate the cultural reading space project was held. This project was executed by volunteers from the "Green Summer" campaign of the City Center Unit, in coordination with the Cultural and Skillful Team. The event was attended by local leaders from the ward, representatives from the University, and the "Green Summer" volunteers of 2023.

The cultural reading space project included wall painting, with over 500 environmental focus books were added to the space, tables made from recycled tires were provided, and the floor was covered appropriately. Additionally, intellectual board games were given. Specifically, the space featured 20 audio books to support those with visual impairments or individuals who prefer listening to books rather than reading.

During the ceremony, the City Center Unit also presented 10 gifts to children with disabilities, orphans, and those facing difficult circumstances to provide some encouragement and motivation for them to continue their education, with a total cost of 5 million VND.

The cultural reading space not only serves as a place for children to relax and relieve stress but also aims to provide them with valuable knowledge about history, culture, and various aspects of life. This initiative is part of community service, supporting underprivileged children in their educational endeavors and overall development.
