On the morning of September 11, 2023, at Hall 202, located at the campus of 35-37 Ho Hao Hon, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held a solemn ceremony to announce decisions and award quality accreditation certificates for five master's degree programs in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training of the university. These master's degree programs include Biotechnology, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Economic Law, and Sociology.

From Ho Chi Minh City Open University, there were Professor Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha, the President of the university, Assoc. Prof. Le Xuan Truong, the Vice President of the university, Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang, the Vice President of the university, along with all university staff, lecturers, and employees. Representing the National University's Center for Education Quality Assessment in Ho Chi Minh City were Professor Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam, the Director of the center, and Mr. La Hoai Tuan, Chief of Office of Education Accreditation Center.

During the ceremony, Professor Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam, the Director of the Center for Accreditation of Education Quality - Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, delivered a speech and congratulated the university for its efforts in ensuring that the master's degree programs at the university meet the quality standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training. This achievement demonstrates the university's commitment to educational quality.
