On the morning of January 11, 2024, at 35-37 Ho Hao Hon campus, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Open University welcomed and signed a cooperation agreement with Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, France.

Attending the signing ceremony from Ho Chi Minh City Open University were Prof.Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha - the President; Dr. Le Thai Tuong Quan - Head of the Cooperation and Scientific Management Department; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dư Ngọc Bích - Dean of the Law Faculty. From Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, France, there were Professor Olivier Gout - Dean of the Law Faculty, along with faculty members, staff, and employees from both institutions participated in the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Professor Nguyen Minh Ha emphasized the importance of international cooperation in higher education, as a basis for promoting student and faculty exchange activities, research and academic exchanges, and enhancing the quality of education to meet international standards. At the same time, supporting the University in building a high-quality workforce, contributing positively to the sustainable development of society.

Accordingly, the two units committed to enhancing the quality of training programs, leveraging the strengths and capabilities of each unit, and effectively utilizing potential in terms of infrastructure, human resources, and expertise in training high-quality human resources in the field of law; collaborating to enhance practical experiences, knowledge, and skills to help learners adapt quickly to the work environment.

The signing ceremony was successful, opening up many opportunities for learning, cultural exchange, and employment for students of the University.
